Thai Level 1 (30 hours)

Prior massage experience is not required for participation.

Dates: November 18–22, 2025

Location: One Love Massage, Cocles, Costa Rica

In this course, you will learn 63 movements and will be able to do a one and half hour massage on the front of the body, including deep abdominal work. You will also learn the concept of sen lines, or energy lines, and how to work them. You will also learn how to properly use your thumbs, palms, elbows, knees, and feet to offer a holistic massage. (25 contact hours, and 10 hours outside practice)

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be awarded a Thai massage international certificate recognizing 30 credit hours.
