Thai massage is a traditional healing method that originated 2500 years ago. It is sometimes called lazy man’s yoga.

It involves various yoga-like postures and stretches that are performed by the practitioner on the client, who remains fully clothed on the floor. Thai massage uses body weight and leverage to apply pressure on the body. It is a therapeutic massage that also stimulates the energy flow. Thai massage works on the energy lines and acupressure points of the body while stretching it in different ways.

Thai massages are most effective when they last from 90 minutes to 2-hour sessions.
