Reiki Level 1 (12 hours)

In Reiki 1 there is a ceremony or attunement where the master attunes the student to the Reiki energy. The initiation aligns and tunes in the energy centers of the student to Reiki. Reiki balances the whole being, and this ceremony includes tuning of the four higher chakras, heart, throat, third eye, and crown.

You will learn the history of Reiki, what Reiki is, and how to perform Reiki on yourself, other people, animals, and all living beings. Reiki 1 really emphasizes healing yourself first. Level 1 is more healing at the physical level. This attunement expands your aura, your healing capabilities, and manifesting abilities. It really brings you into your power and empowers your higher self.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be awarded a One Love Usui Reiki Certificate and will possess the skills to perform self-healing or administer sessions to others.
