Liz Moore has a 200 hour yoga certification from SoulWork Yoga and over twenty years as a yoga practitioner. In addition to two decades of practice and her 200 hour, she is trained yin, restorative, pranayama & meditation, and classical kundalini, which she offers at One Love. Classes with Liz focus on the breath, mantra, and on exploring our inner world, with time for stillness, meditation, and movements specifically designed to move energy through our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. While everyone is welcome to join for classical kundalini, it might feel different to those who are newer to the practice yoga. Come with an open mind and an open heart!
