Aquadinamics

Aquadinamics has its roots in Watsu and was invented by Marcelo Roque and its base is Watsu.

Watsu is performed with the client’s mouth above water aquadinamics and takes the client gently underwater with a nose plug on. Making the client feel weightless and back in the womb. The client is in such a relaxed state that sometimes they feel like they don’t need to come up for air. Aquadinamics rhythm is a little faster than the Watsu and works on letting go of any holdings we might be storing in our articulations and joints, creating a deep sense of joy and happiness.
